Sharon Miller is from Gainesville, FL, the proud home of the Gators! After a distinguished career in the United States Army, she retired as a Sergeant First Class/E-7. In 1998, Sharon earned her real estate license and her passion for the field led her to become a real estate educator in 2007. She now teaches a variety of courses, including Pre-license, Post-license, Continuing Education, Broker’s Responsibilities and four certification classes. Sharon’s dedication and expertise have earned her numerous accolades, including the Instructor Rising Star Award, the Kanter Real Estate Hall of Fame, Savannah Area Realtor of the Year 2023, TAP Academy Instructor of the Year 2023. All the while, she continues to achieve being a Member of Distinguished Sales Society. Her most recent achievement is being named the Georgia Real Estate Educators Association Educator of the Year 2024. Sharon firmly believes in integrity and often quotes, “it is said that a man’s ability to succeed is limited only by his opportunities.” She lives by the motto that no commission is worth going to jail for.
